1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any part of the fo77 platform — including the website at fo77.bet, any associated mobile browser interface, and all services offered therein — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. These Terms apply to all users of fo77, including registered account holders and any person browsing the platform without an account.

3. Account Registration and Security

fo77 requires one account per player. Each fo77 account is tied to a single Bangladeshi mobile number which serves as the primary login credential. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activity that occurs under your account.

• Each player is permitted to hold only one active fo77 account. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — constitutes a violation of these Terms.
• You must notify fo77 immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed by an unauthorised third party by contacting [email protected].
• fo77 reserves the right to require identity verification (KYC) at any time, including before processing any withdrawal. Failure to complete verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in suspension of withdrawal rights.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on fo77 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). fo77 supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and selected Bangladesh bank transfers. fo77 does not accept deposits from payment methods that are not registered in the account holder's name.

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 when using a mobile wallet (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay). Minimum and maximum limits for bank transfer deposits are stated on the fo77 deposits page.
• Deposits are credited to your fo77 account balance as soon as the payment is confirmed by the payment processor, which is typically within a few minutes for mobile wallet deposits.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. fo77 reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal, including but not limited to a copy of your national identity card or birth certificate.
• Withdrawals will be paid to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit on the account, subject to availability and verification requirements.
• fo77 does not charge internal fees for deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider (e.g. bKash or Nagad) may apply their own standard transaction charges. fo77 is not responsible for third-party payment fees.

fo77 reserves the right to decline a withdrawal request or delay processing if the account is under review for compliance with these Terms, if there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, or if the player has not completed the required KYC verification. In such cases, fo77 will notify the player via their registered contact details and will endeavour to resolve the matter as quickly as possible.

5. Bonuses and Promotions
